Terms and Conditions

Rates are in Euros and include all taxes and services.

For booking confirmation we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer which is fully refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival. The balance is paid upon arrival.

If less than 31 days before arrival: no deposit refund
In case of cancellation during the stay, the whole amount has to be paid.
